I was always leery in the past to take my vehicle to a Transmission shop because of all the horror stories that my friends have experienced with their cars. Mark and his team at AAMCO proved this myth wrong!! They helped me more than I could have ever thought possible from having my car towed at no charge to me, doing a free inspection of my car to find the problems and giving me many options for fixing my car WITHOUT THE COMMON DAY CLOSING PRESSURE!!!!.
Extremely accomodating and trustworthy. It was the holidays and they got me in, communicated with me regularly and even gave me a ride!
I had a great experience here at Aamco. They identified several problem areas and pointed them out to me so I could verify the issue. They were very understanding and personable in regards to my budget constraints and offered me several options to address the issues I had in the easiest way possible. My ford escape needed an ac compressor replacement. Ford dealership diagnosed it first, and wanted too much for the parts and labor. Rommel and the guys at AAMCO helped me get the issue resolved for a much better price, and even had my car initially inspected again at no extra cost in order to make sure that the diagnosis was accurate. I should have taken it to AAMCO first! Really appreciate these guys for doing good business with me, and for getting my car (which has been with me for the past 12 years) back onto the road!
Great knowledgeable and friendly staff and mechanics, they were able to fix my car timing belt and AC very quickly within a couple hours.
